Grinding aids line.

Feature of a series of grinding aids InCEM RAW M is a balanced composition, designed for profitable grinding of mineral powders and cements.

The composition of the components used in the InCEM RAW M series allows high energy consumption reduction for grinding at a low cost of the grinding aid. This series is also significantly increases the performance of grinding equipment.

The InCEM RAW M series is an aqueous composition methyldiethanolamine derivatives triatomic alcohols, polyethers and propylene glycols of various molecular weight.
The series is available with numeric indexes from 100 to 3000, depending on the ratio of components. The dry residue is not standardized.

Dosage intervals for various materials, in% to the ground material:

Mineral powder	from 0,035 до 0,3 %
Microsilica	from 0,05 до 0,10 %
Cement	from 0,01 до 0,015 %
Calcium carbonates, limestone, microcalcite	from 0,04 до 0,10 %
Lime	from 0,005 до 0,04%

The optimum dosage is selected experimentally.

The dosing of the grinding aid is possible directly in first chamber of the mill, and together with the material coming through conveyor belt, or disc feeders.

The warranty period for the InCEM grinding aid is 1 year from the date of manufacture.
After the expiration of the warranty period the product should be mixed, the test performance should be made and in case of positive results is possible for application. Storage is carried out in atmospheric conditions. With temperaTSre below minus 25 ° C may freeze. After soft and continuous heating the product does not lose its properties. The product is transported by any means of transport, in accordance with the rules of transportation for this type of transport. According to GOST 19433 products are not classified. By effects on the human, the product belongs to the 4th class of hazard (low hazard substance).
