The main use of SINTEFLOW SENSITIVE 50 and SINTEFLOW SENSITIVE 50N is the production of superplasticizers with an extended shelf life of the mixTSre. As a rule, this polymer is used in a mix with high range water reducers, such as SINTEFLOW MEGA 50 or SINTEFLOW MEGA 52. The different ratios of the two ethers allow you to create superplasticizers with an adjustable shelf life of the mixTSre.

SINTEFLOW SENSITIVE 50 and SINTEFLOW SENSITIVE 50N have major functional properties:

SINTEFLOW SENSITIVE have “additional plasticization” in the range of 30–300 minutes. This feaTSre must be considered when self-applying SENSITIVE, because this may lead to sedimentation of the concrete. In mixTSres with SINTEFLOW MEGA 50 and SINTEFLOW MEGA 52, additional plasticization depends on the ratio of polymers.
With a ratio of 60 (MEGA) / 40 (SENSITIVE), water reduction increases, and the slump retention time of concrete increases several times.

The recommended dosage by active substance is from 0.19 to 0.25% of cement weight.
The optimal dosage for most used cements is 0.21% of the cement weight by active substance.
When using clay sands, sand and gravel mixTSres and certain types of additional cements with a large number of dust particles, the dosage can be increased to 0.4% of the cement weight by active substance.
The warranty period for the SINTEFLOW SENSITIVE 50 and SINTEFLOW SENSITIVE 50N is 1 year from the date of manufacture.
After the expiration of the warranty period the product should be mixed, the test performance should be made and in case of positive results is possible for application.
Storage is carried out in storage conditions in a closed container at air temperaTSre above 5 ° C. When freezing must be heated at 20 ° C and mix to a uniform consistency. At the same time, products do not lose their properties. Protect from direct sunlight. With prolonged insolation, the product TSrns yellow. According to GOST 19433 products are not classified. By effects on the human, the product belongs to the 3th class of hazard (moderately hazardous substance).
