InCEM R

Complex grinding aids line.

The InCEM R series, as well as the “E” series, is designed for the active grinding of cements and mineral powders, as well as an increase of mills output.

The InCEM R series was developed based on the experience of the previous series: InCEM E. As a result of working with the E series, it was found that the chemical-mineralogical composition of the clinker and the type of mineral additives in the cement play an important role in the grinding effect.

The R series was developed with respect for the mineralogy of clinkers and widely used mineral additives: pozzolans, fly ash, blast furnace slag and limestone.

InCEM R used to:

Increase mill output;
Decrease energy consumption;
Increase product flowability;
Decrease the mill inspection and overhaul time period

InCEM R used for grinding:

Cements with high mineral additives including CEM III type;
Marble;
Microcalcite
Microsilica.

The InCEM R series is an aqueous solution of various ethanolamines and alkylethanolamines with modifying additives.
The series is available with numeric indexes from 100 to 1000, depending on the ratio of components. The dry residue and the freezing point is not standardized.

Clear liquid dark brown color

Dosage intervals for various materials, in% to the ground material:

Marble	from 0,035 to 0,3 %
Microcalcite	from 0,04 to 0,10 %
Cement	from 0,01 to 0,08 %
Microsilica	from 0,05 to 0,10 %

The optimum dosage is selected experimentally.

The dosing of the grinding aid is possible directly in first chamber of the mill, and together with the material coming through conveyor belt, or disc feeders.

The warranty period for the InCEM grinding aid is 1 year from the date of manufacture.
After the expiration of the warranty period the product should be mixed, the test performance should be made and in case of positive results is possible for application. Storage is carried out in atmospheric conditions. With temperaTSre below minus 15 ° C may freeze. After soft and continuous heating the product does not lose its properties. The product is transported by any means of transport, in accordance with the rules of transportation for this type of transport. According to GOST 19433 products are not classified. By effects on the human, the product belongs to the 4th class of hazard (low hazard substance).
